Senior Strategist, Brand/Digital

Grow Your Career

  • Lead the strategy behind transformational work that considers the whole digital journey from awareness to loyalty, helping build brands and drive our business forward through the use of creative content marketing
  • Pursue, identify and analyze meaningful cultural, category and audience insights to create compelling, memorable omnichannel content
  • Develop creative briefs that drive strategic development of consumer campaigns ranging from brand awareness initiatives and fan activation to values-based storytelling
  • Lead brainstorms, capture concepts, help sell in ideas and shepherd creative respecting both the needs of the team and the client
  • Support effort to build client relationships and trust
  • Oversee paid digital strategy, helping clients take full advantage of ecommerce potential as well as awareness building and community growth
  • Work alongside the team as needed to help produce concepts, copy and campaigns
  • Define digital strategies, KPIs and budgets
  • Deliver digital campaign strategy and analysis
  • Provide a thoughtful eye on performance monitoring and reporting, adding insights and spotting opportunity
  • Join forces to put the agency’s best foot forward in new business pursuits and annual planning strategies for our clients
  • Mentor junior staff and oversee the work of valued partner experts in content, SEO and interactive
  • Contribute to efforts to position the agency’s expertise in the industry via our own owned content

Bring Your Experience

  • 5-7+ years of brand and digital strategy experience, leading the development of integrated programs
  • 2-3 years working in an agency environment is a plus
  • Experience in consumer marketing required, food specific a plus
  • Experience with all phases of the strategic campaign development process: discovery and research, briefing, design, testing and execution
  • A wide array of experiences concentrating on brand and digital strategy, digital marketing, and content planning
  • Strong collaborator across team and departments
  • Working knowledge of user experience design and digital analytics
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and ecommerce best practices a plus
  • A background in publishing, agency and/or CPG preferred
  • Shopper marketing experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, PR, advertising or journalism preferred
