Senior Account Supervisor


Maxwell is on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on client relations and learning everything they can about their clients’ brands and business to help them succeed.  Join our team and help develop and lead integrated earned media, influencer, digital and content programs for national consumer brands. The ideal candidate can seamlessly transition from strategic conversations to tactical execution, while building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Grow Your Career

  • Be a strong brand steward, helping to translate client goals and vision into integrated marketing plans that serve client objectives, generating work that is measurable and impactful
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communications across multiple disciplines, establishing strong consultative relationships with clients
  • Delegate and supervise the work of account teams (and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary) to ensure quality results that exceed client expectations
  • Keep programs on track and on budget, defining roles and timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Seek and respond thoroughly to client feedback
  • Review and contribute to all client deliverables to ensure work is quality and on brand
  • Manage, inspire and motivate internal teams to deliver the best work for client business impact
  • Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring team deliverables map to approved scopes of work and contribute to agency profitability

Bring Your Skills

  • 8+ years of PR experience (earned media, influencer, content)
  • Experience managing internal teams and clients
  • Experience managing client budgets and driving growth
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting ideas, shaping recommendations
  • Clear communicator adept at giving feedback and motivating the team
  • Highly accountable and deadline driven
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen and good judgement
  • A curious learner, collaborative and open to feedback and growth
  • Earned media and/or integrated marketing experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, advertising or communication a plus
