Paid Social Specialist


Do you love getting into the details of paid social planning, execution and reporting? Join a dynamic team working on some of the most beloved brands and emerging brands in the natural foods industry, including Dave’s Killer Bread and Trident Seafoods. As paid social specialist you’ll drive high performance of integrated and stand-alone paid social campaigns. This position works with strategists to develop campaign plans – including targeting, spend and KPIs – and leads execution, optimization and reporting of programs in support of client objectives. The ideal candidate is obsessive about detail, thrives on data and enjoys working collaboratively.

  • Drive execution of paid social and digital campaigns within timelines and budgets 
  • Monitor and report performance 
  • Using analytics to measure success, spot trends and optimize creative 
  • Support paid social audits, analyze results, deliver initial findings and recommended strategies 
  • Analyze metrics across multiple channels  
  • Inform conversion strategies, CTA best practices and analysis for paid social campaigns 
  • Execute research related to social media platform and advertising updates, and new tools and applications 
  • Field internal requests and responds in a timely manner as an in-house expert 

Bring Your Experience 

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in digital and social media marketing with a focus on paid social 
  • Competence running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor, as well as experience with LinkedIn and Twitter ads platforms 
  • Competence with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms 
  • Interest in working with data visualization tools and creative ways to display information 
  • Digital shopper marketing experience a plus 
  • Exposure to integration of partner vendors (couponing, webinars, social monitoring providers, etc.) 
  • Experience with Google Adwords e-commerce, display, pay-per-click and other developing digital advertising tactics a bonus 
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, journalism, digital media or related field with course work in marketing analysis and statistics preferred
