Digital Marketing Strategist – Paid Social Media Focus

Join a dynamic integrated marketing team working with some of the most beloved brands in the natural
foods industry. As Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll partner with Accounts, Creative, and the wider Digital
Marketing Team to set thoughtful strategy and meticulously execute paid tactics across integrated
marketing touchpoints to drive clients’ brand and business goals. In the day-to-day you will: set up paid
social campaigns, assess on-going performance, identify opportunities for optimizations, analyze results
within each channel and within the broader integrated marketing plan, create and contribute to client facing

Contribute to creation of paid social strategy and execution

• Recommend channel priorities, spend, targeting, and creative strategies in support of client
• Build campaigns within paid channels to specifications agreed upon by the Digital Marketing
Manager; including targeting, content, budgets, timing, etc.
• Build meticulous reports for external partners and clients on a regular cadence, and for all one-off
• Manage paid social invoices and meticulously oversee budget amendments within Ads Manager to
ensure precise financial allocation and optimal performance across digital campaigns
• Update all status documents and come prepared to all status calls both internal and external
• Manage and build agency relationship with social ad reps
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends with an emphasis on social media both paid and

Analysis and reporting

• Analyze paid metrics across multiple channels in support of on-going / specific campaigns and
overall brand health
• Surface insights, optimizations, and opportunities on paid social platforms
• Pull forward any trends and insight in content performance and loop back to creative teams
• Manage and develop custom reporting dashboards for clients within Agency Analytics
Contribute to integrated marketing campaign development
• Implement digital audits, analyze results, deliver initial findings and recommend strategies
• Leverage best practices and cultural insights to make data-driven decisions and provide context for
our recommendations and work
• Confidently contribute creative ideas that consider the whole consumer journey and generate
• Work with the internal and external client teams to understand, shape, and implement crosscollaborative social and content marketing
• Act as back-up support for community management functions

Bring Your Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid social media
• Customer service experience, comfortable fielding client requests and responds in a timely
• Expertise in all social media business managers including but not limited to: Meta, TikTok,
Youtube, X, and Pinterest
• Experience using analytics and calendaring tools like: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio,
Sprout Social, and Agency Analytics
• Experience integrating partner vendors (couponing, webinars, social monitoring providers, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, journalism, digital media or related field
• Experience in the following is appreciated, but not mandatory: SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Retail
